1st Floor – 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom with full Kitchen Villa

The property is a gated community with just 6 rentals and an on site shared laundry facility, each unit has it’s own back balcony with chairs and access to the 3rd floor patio that features a grill, table with chairs and a hammock to relax in! This is also where we have our community events such as potluck dinners, game nights, chill and grill or if you just want to hang out with a different point of view!

Coral Cove Villa is located on the first floor and is set up with your comfort and usability in mind! The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook a 4 course meal if you like, TV’s with streaming stick hook up in both the living and bedroom, and endless hot showers with an on demand hot water heater! In the bedroom you will find ample closet space and an imported King sized Serta mattress, extra pillows, and access to the back balcony that has a screen door for those days when you prefer a breeze to the air conditioner that’s located in the bedroom for maximum sleeping comfort!

If you are a working traveler, rest assured that our comfy office chair and WiFi can meet your working needs for your island stay! It’s one of the reasons we are a top choice for digital nomads!

At the front gate you will find the monthly community calendar with organized activities that all my guests are welcome to join in, and I also have a Whatsapp group set up so that we can all communicate with each other (this is optional) and how I communicate with everyone here without having to send out 6 different messages. These activities are on different days of the week, and also at different times so that even those that need to work or other activities can still attend activities outside of working hours. I do my best to keep these activities free or low cost so that everyone can stay on budget. A recent guest said that staying with me “is kind of like coming to camp with new friends and fun activities – but for adults!”
