The property is a gated community with just 6 rentals and an on site shared laundry facility, each unit has it’s own back balcony with chairs and access to the 3rd floor patio that features a grill, table with chairs and a hammock to relax in! This is also where we have our community events such as potluck dinners, game nights, chill and grill or if you just want to hang out with a different point of view!

Island Tide Villa is an insulated unit is located on the first floor of the property with easy access to the front gate. Glass block at the top of the walls allow additional natural light throughout the apartment. The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to make meals during your stay!

The ice cold air conditioner is located in the bedroom for optimum sleeping comfort on our imported Serta King sized bed. In addition, there are fans throughout the villa to ensure your comfort while in the apartment.

If you are a working traveler, rest assured that our comfy office chair and Wifi can meet your working needs for your stay with us! It’s one of the reasons we are a top choice for digital nomads!

We are only a 2 min stroll to the sand and ocean!!!! Perfect for Singles or couples who want to experience the life style in San Pedro. Close to grocery stores, vegetable stands, banks and restaurants AND only a 10-15 min walk to town.
